Run your business
- Schedule. See today and the week ahead, add cleans and set regular ones.
- Clients. Keep each client's details, home notes and history together.
- Messages. Send texts, WhatsApp messages and emails from the app, and chat in the app with clients who use it.
- Invoices. Create invoices from your cleans and send them from the app.
- Money. See what you have earned and what is on its way to your bank.
- Insights. A short weekly read on your earnings and your week.
Jobs near you
The Jobs tab shows cleans that households near you have posted: the type of clean, the size of the home, the postcode district, the day and the time window. A note shows how each one fits your week.
Send an offer at your own price. The offer shows the total for the job, and no offer can be below £17.50 an hour in London or £15 an hour elsewhere, so the rate never drops below a living wage. Every booking is at least 2 hours.
The household compares offers and chooses one. You see their full address and access notes once they book you.
Get paid on Fridays
Households who use the app pay by card after the clean. To take card payments, set up payouts in the app with Stripe, our card payment provider. Stripe asks for your name, date of birth, home address and bank details, and sometimes a photo of your passport or driving licence. It takes about five minutes.
Card payments are paid to your bank every Friday. Clean Spaces keeps a 3% payment fee from each card payment to cover card and payout costs. Tips reach you in full, and the household's price does not change.
There is no service fee for your invited or regular clients. Card payments from any client carry the 3% payment fee. See all prices and fees.
Your profile and badges
Your public profile shows your rate, your badges and your reviews. Households see it when they compare offers.
ID checked appears once you pass Stripe's identity check. Add your DBS certificate and insurance in the app and we check them by hand before showing DBS checked and Insured.
Bring your own clients
Invite the clients you already have into Clean Spaces for Clients. They see their cleans, message you and can pay by card in the app. They pay no service fee, and your messages with them are unlimited on every plan.

The app is free to download and use. Clean Spaces Pro is £6.99 a month, paid through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time in your Apple or Google Play settings.

Cleaners on Clean Spaces are independent businesses. You choose which jobs to offer on and set your own prices. Clean Spaces does not employ cleaners or assign work. You are responsible for your own work, tax and insurance.
